• Need to Know
  The Need to Know is derived from doing an analysis of the current knowledge base and assessing what further knowledge is required and training the personnel accordingly.
  

• Expert Level
  This would ensure that the student becomes totally knowledgeable about all the options offered within the specific program.  This person could be of assistance to employees that are less proficient with the use of the said program
  

• Train the Trainer
  In order to take this course, the expert level is a pre-requisite and must be successfully completed at a desirable level.  Train the Trainer will teach the student how to transfer knowledge to others and how to test the newly acquired skills of the said student(s).  Depending on the size of an operation, this could become a very cost effective method to train an organizations employees.

After successfully completing training for a specific level of a program, students will receive a certificate from MAGNiCON4 acknowledging their hard work and acomplishments.  

MAGNiCON4's training staff are experts in the transferal of knowledge.  MAGNiCON4 also insists on grading the performance of all it's teaching staff after completion of each training seminar by their students.  MAGNiCON4 insists on it's staff being of high quality.
